雙端UV輥邊機是一種用于對大型板材兩端進行UV輥邊處理的設(shè)備
功能作用：

可對板材兩端同時進行砂光、涂布UV漆及固化處理，能提高漆膜附著力和對基材的支承作用，還可實現(xiàn)邊部銑型、倒角等，替代傳統(tǒng)封邊條，提升產(chǎn)品環(huán)保性能。
工作原理：

通過輸送系統(tǒng)將板材送至工作區(qū)域，利用砂架對板材兩端進行砂光，再經(jīng)輥涂裝置將UV漆均勻涂布在板材端部，最后通過UV固化系統(tǒng)使油漆快速固化。
設(shè)備特點：
